Registration

Your CUB Account

All families will be asked to set up a Camp User Base (CUB) account to access our online portal. Registration, payment, and completion of forms take place on the CUB portal. Please reach out anytime if you have any difficulty setting up or accessing your CUB account.

Registration will open for returning families on December 2nd and new families on December 8th. In the meantime, we’d love to chat with you! No question is too small.

Registration Policies

  • Eligibility for programs is based on the grade the camper will enter in the fall of 2026. Our registration system will identify the sessions your camper is eligible to enroll in. Note that preschool refers to campers who will be 3 years old during the summer and pre-K refers to campers who will be 4 years old.
  • A deposit of $200 per session is required at the time of registration. The deposit is refundable until March 1, 2026. The deposit will be applied toward the final camper balance.
  • Families may choose to pay in full at time of registration, or use our convenient Installment Plan.
  • Payments may be made electronically via ACH/eCheck or Debit/Credit Card.

Refunds

  • No portion of the Deposit will be refunded for any reason whatsoever after March 1, 2026.
  • Any monies (less deposits) paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferable up until June 1, provided that the Camp Office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • Prior to June 1, balances (less deposits) may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again based on availability.
  • Program Fees will not be refunded or prorated for any unattended days, with the sole exceptions of the Participant’s final day of school conflicting with the the start of Session 1 or any program canceled by St. Mark’s summer before the start of the Program (June 22, 2026).

Changes

  • We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact the Camp Office to inquire about your specific needs.
  • All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to info@stmarkssummer.org.
  • All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.

Waitlists

  • Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session.
  • There is no cost to remain on a waitlist.
  • If an opening becomes available, a camper will be enrolled and charged the deposit for that session. The family will be notified and will have 72 hours to cancel the new enrollment for a full refund if the spot is no longer desired.

Discounts

  • A Sibling discount of 5 percent is applied to eligible family enrollments when registrations are submitted at the same time.
  • In addition, St. Mark’s Summer staff are eligible for additional discounts. Please contact us for more information.

Registration Considerations

  • Any camper who can navigate well in a typical school setting should thrive at St. Mark’s Summer. However, because children’s safety is paramount, some prospective campers’ physical or emotional considerations may require extra support. Please call us to discuss your child’s specific needs and to find out if our camp is an appropriate placement.
  • Massachusetts camp regulations require strict staff-to-camper ratios at all camps. Our staffing model exceeds this ratio, but it is important to note that one-on-one support for an individual camper is not a reasonable accommodation we are able to provide. We are happy to work with families of campers who attend with an aide or other 1:1 support, please contact us if this is a consideration for your family.

Health Information

  • St. Mark’s Summer requires each camper to have an annual health history form completed by the parents/guardians before they participate in any programming. This online health history form is housed on the CUB portal, and it must be completed by May 1.
  • St. Mark’s Summer requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 18 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than May 1.
  • It is the parents/caregivers’ responsibility to bring any special concerns about their child to the attention of the leadership team at the time of initial registration.

Conditions for Participation

  • St. Mark’s Summer strives to offer camp experiences and learning opportunities within the boundaries of safety, common sense, and the law. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, whom we believe has violated the conditions for participation or has become a hindrance to the group or goals of the program.
  • We are looking forward to forming a long-lasting relationship with campers and their families. Parents/guardians who repeatedly do not abide by camp policies or requests, including timely pick-up, risk termination of their camper’s registration and/or denial of enrollment in future summers. Language or behavior that is disruptive or obscene may result in immediate removal from campus.

"I could not be happier with our decision to send our 5 year old to St. Mark's Summer Camp! She looked forward to going to camp everyday and the variety of fun activities and the enthusiastic and caring staff made everyday fun. She learned how to swim and gained total confidence in the pool! My personal favorite was morning drop off- the staff's morning welcome always put a smile on our faces and set the tone for a fantastic day! Thank you, St. Mark's Summer for an awesome summer! We can't wait to do it again in 2024!"

"The camp directors thought of everything and are extremely dedicated and thorough! The division directors, counselors, lifeguards, and St. Mark's staff (grounds, dining services, etc.) were energetic and always had the campers' safety and happiness prioritized. I did not grow up going to camp and have seen the power of camp first hand. The camp family became a reality and will be something my family and I will miss during the school year. From the warm welcome at drop off, to the meticulous record keeping, to the incredible week-long staff training, to the arts, crafts, sports, music, enrichment, and swimming opportunities, children and families will love St. Mark's Summer!"

"My daughter (7 years old) loves St. Mark 's summer camp! The lunch and snack are fresh and yummy, the staff are very friendly, and drop off/pick up is pretty smooth. Swim twice a day plus various activities, she made quite a few new friends and had fun every day. Look forward to 2024 Summer!"

Visit Us

Please contact us anytime to schedule a tour of camp spaces with a member of the leadership team.

Though St. Mark’s is a residential high school during the school year, we invite visitors to put on their “camp goggles” as we tour our camp spaces and get a feel for St. Mark’s campus. See where your camper will check-in with their group each morning, eat lunch, play games, and engage in various activities.
